Spacious Lodge with Hot Tub

Description

We would like to welcome you to our lovely modern Spacious Lodge with Hot Tub which sleeps up to 4 guests.

This lodge is all on one level which requires going up 3 steps to the main door. Access to the private hot tub area requires going outside and down 3 steps to the rear of the lodge where the hot tub area is completely private and not overlooked.
There is parking for 2 cars to the rear of the lodge.
All towels & bed linen are included.
The lodge has a fully kitted out modern kitchen with all cooking facilities. There’s an open Plan Living/Kitchen /Dining Area with a large smart TV, 3 seater sofa, a small double sofa bed, coffee table and dining table and 4 chairs. Off the living area are patio doors opening out leading onto an extending decking area and round the side to the private 6 seater hot tub!
There are 2 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has A King sized bed, with bedsides at either side with lamps, and a large 4 door fitted wardrobe along the far side of the room.
Bedroom 2 has A double sized bed, with bedsides at either side with lamps, and a curtain wardrobe along one side of the room.
The lodge has a large bathroom with a shower over a bath, a sink and a toilet.
The lodge has radiators throughout for central heating.
The decked area has a new private luxury hot tub for 6 people.

There is a nice walks around the grounds with a lake and loads of wildlife (we leave feeders out for the birds and we guarantee you’ll see plenty!)
Within walking distance we have the award winning ‘Upton Fish & Chip Shop’ which is definitely worth a visit! (Only open Fridays/Saturday though!)

There is also The Rose and Crown, our local village pub which is a 15 minute walk away and Upton village shop  which is a 12 minute walk away. We are a 10 minute drive from Gainsborough Old Hall, and a 30 minutes drive from Lincoln Cathedral, or if you fancy a day at the coast we’re an 1hr 20min drive from Skegness.
