Couple's Lodge with hot tub

This cosy, single‑level lodge is accessed via three steps leading to the main entrance, with a private parking bay located directly at the front. Inside, the lodge is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a smart TV — plus your own private luxury hot tub.

The living area features a large smart TV, a three‑seater sofa, a two‑seater sofa, and a coffee table. Patio doors open out onto an extended decking area that wraps around to the hot tub.

The modern kitchen includes a built‑in oven and hob, fridge‑freezer, dining table, and two chairs.

The bedroom offers a king‑sized bed with bedside tables and lamps, a free‑standing double wardrobe, and a pine chest of drawers.

The bathroom includes a step‑in shower, sink, and toilet.

The lodge has radiators throughout, and all utensils, bed linen, and towels are provided. Outside, the private decked area features a luxury six‑seater hot tub overlooking beautiful countryside views. Parking is available for 2–3 cars. Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge.

Guests can enjoy scenic walks around the grounds, which include a lake, picnic benches, and plenty of wildlife — helped along by our bird feeders.

Within walking distance, you’ll find the award‑winning Upton Fish and Chip Shop (open Fridays and Saturdays), The Rose and Crown village pub (15‑minute walk), and Upton village shop (12‑minute walk).

We are a 10‑minute drive from Gainsborough Old Hall and 30 minutes from Lincoln Cathedral. Skegness is around 1 hour and 20 minutes away for those wanting a coastal day out.
