Holiday Lodge with Fishing

The lodge is set on one level, accessed via three steps leading to the main door, with the parking bay located at the rear. Towels, bed linen, and Wi‑Fi are all included. The parking area accommodates two cars, with additional onsite parking available if needed.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with all essential cooking facilities. The open‑plan living, kitchen, and dining area features a large smart TV, a three‑seater sofa, a small double sofa bed, a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. Patio doors from the living area open out onto an extended decking area.

There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a king‑sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a large four‑door fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a curtain wardrobe along one side of the room.

The lodge has a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath, a sink, and a toilet. Radiators throughout provide comfortable central heating.

This lodge is ideal for guests who wish to fish on our onsite lake. The grounds offer pleasant walks, a lake, and plenty of wildlife — helped along by our bird feeders.

Within walking distance, you’ll find an award‑winning Fish & Chip Shop (open Fridays and Saturdays), a welcoming village pub just 15 minutes away, and a small village shop around 12 minutes away. Gainsborough Old Hall is a 10‑minute drive, Lincoln Cathedral is around 30 minutes, and the coast at Skegness is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
