Spacious lodge with hot tub

Welcome to our modern and spacious lodge with a private hot tub, perfect for up to four guests. The accommodation is set on a single level, accessed via three steps to the main entrance. The hot tub area is located at the rear of the lodge and is reached by heading outside and down three steps — completely private and not overlooked.

Parking for two cars is available at the rear, with additional onsite spaces if needed. Towels and bed linen are provided as standard.

Inside, the lodge features a fully equipped modern kitchen with all essential cooking facilities. The open‑plan living, kitchen, and dining area includes a large smart TV, a three‑seater sofa, a small double sofa bed, a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. Patio doors lead out onto an extended decked area that wraps around to the secluded hot tub.

There are two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king‑sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a large four‑door fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 includes a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a curtain wardrobe along one side of the room.

The spacious bathroom offers a shower over a bath, a sink, and a toilet. Radiators throughout provide comfortable central heating.

Outside, the decked area features a new private luxury hot tub for four people. Guests can enjoy peaceful walks around the grounds, which include a lake and abundant wildlife — helped along by our bird feeders.

Within walking distance, you’ll find the award‑winning Upton Fish & Chip Shop (open Fridays and Saturdays), The Rose and Crown village pub (15‑minute walk), and Upton village shop (12‑minute walk). Gainsborough Old Hall is a 10‑minute drive away, Lincoln Cathedral is around 30 minutes, and the coast at Skegness is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
